US ELVIS: LOS ANGELES - Elvis Presley, the King of Rock 'n' Roll who died in 1977, is still raking in enough money to keep him at the top of the list of top posthumous earners. For the fifth year in a row, Elvis' name appeared today at the top of the annual list published by Forbes magazine - buoyed by the $US45 million his estate earned in the past year from sales of CDs and licences. Second place went to Charles Schulz, creator of the cartoon strip Peanuts, with $US35 million ($A45.99 million). John Lennon, who rose to fame as a member of the Beatles rock group and was shot to death in 1980, took in $US22 million ($A28.91 million).
